What are the delivery times and download link expiration?

• Download: Purchased files are available for download for 30 days from the generation of the link.
• Delivery: If not immediately downloadable, products require archival processing, with an estimated delivery time within 15 working days.

You will receive an email informing you that your purchased products are ready for download.

To download, please log into your personal area and go to the download section

💡 Note for multiple purchases: In case of an order containing multiple digital products, the download links will only be generated once all ordered products are ready.
